POSITION DETAILS

POSITION TITLE    :    Senior Workover Engineer

DEPARTMENT/DIVISION : Technology & Engineering Department

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Workover Strategy ·Plan and review workover strategy by analyzing well proposal data and evaluate options to optimize well cost and workover schedule. Assess platform suitability and selection of workover rig. Production Capacity ·Review well re-completion design, cost effective and ability to produce at targeted production capacity by analyzing all engineering data/ information, lessons learnt and specific wellbore parameters (reservoir and geology). Execute well planning, programming and NOWOP approval. Coordinate with CTE for expertise and consultation.       Workover Cost Estimation ·Review workover cost estimation in order to provide input into projects economic, work program/budget and well Approval For Expenditure (AFE) for management reporting and decision making.       Idle Wells Management ·Execute the workover, re-completion and well intervention of all effective idle wells in a safe, cost effective with quality and within project schedule by utilizing industry best practices, fit-for-purpose technology and lessons learnt.       Contract Management ·Develop details scope of work and technical specifications for tender packages (workover rig and third party service provider) to meet project requirements and conduct technical and commercial evaluation. Evaluate and monitor contractor's performance to ensure the improvement of their service and meeting customer requirements by ensuring compliance with safety, contractual, procedural and regulatory requirements.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Knowledge/Information Management ·Consolidate, capture and verify the lesson learnt and technical knowledge in Well Intervention and Completion and disseminate the knowledge to all Well Intervention Completion Engineers in the various projects so as everybody is well informed and contribute to the improvement in their work processes and technology applications.           Improvement Initiatives ·Reduce non productive completion time and trouble cost by identifying problem areas, analyze non productive time trends and recommend remedial/action to close the gap.       Project Closure ·Review the preparation of project closure report with lessons learnt to ensure proper project closure.       New Technology ·Implement approved new technology/concept in workover projects and evaluate for cost, operations and HSE benefits to maximize value creation.       Technical Studies ·Conduct engineering and technical studies associated with well completion in order to increase competitiveness and improve well integrity.       Networking and Relationship Building ·Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers in order to keep abreast with latest development in the relevant markets and capitalise on insider status to capture opportunities for seamless interfacing in developing and implementing new business ventures and enhance public confidence in company products and services.       HSE Policies and the Codes of Conduct ·Adopt the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) and facilitate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony. SCOPE OF SERVICES Leadership and Capability Development ·Enhance own competencies and contribute to the development of the working team through coaching,mentoring, feedback and internal successions to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in executing the job.   Mindset, Behavior and Culture ·Implement value interventions, tools and methodologies in collaboration with the working team to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.

-  Memilikisertifikat Tropical - Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (T-HUET)

-  Memiliki sertifikat Tropical - basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Trainging ( T-BOSIET).

-  Memiliki seritifikat Basic Fire Fighting - Emergency Breating System Training (T-EBS).
