SCOPE OF SERVICES

JOB
PURPOSE
Strategically
manage as a Centre of Technical Excellence to provide leadership role and
technical resources for well construction activities (EDWA) worldwide by
managing all associated risks and consistently compliance to company
performance standards, work processes, procedures government policies and HSE
regulations.
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Implement Drilling strategy in
line with the approved Field Development strategy by ensuring
comprehensive and accurate technical
evaluation of drilling, completion and workover areas through the most innovative, viable and
cost effective drilling, completion and workover operations in support of the
full life of field to ensure continuous and sustainable value creation.
·Develop the drilling training
program for the well construction engineers in line with the TPCP and Skill
group development.
·Develop the long term deployment
plan and optimization of well construction engineers for an effective manning
of drilling projects to ensure integrity of technical evaluation, best
exploitation and early monetization of reserves to safeguard PCSB
interest.
·Provide opportunities for staff to
present technical papers in domestic and international seminars and conferences
and establish networking with the global drilling communities through
membership to technical institution and professional bodies to be abreast
with the latest technologies and development in the drilling business.
·Provide expertise to PCSB Business
Development team in new block evaluation to ensure technical integrity and
optimum cost estimate for economics evaluation.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
|
·Implement technical compliance in
all drilling projects to ensure technical integrity and excellence, through
established QA/QC process, Peer/Line Review, Drilling Review Committee (DRC),
Project Risk Assessment (PRA) in compliance with PETRONAS requirements,
industry standards and best practices.
·Establish an effective in house
rig and vessels technical acceptance criteria to ensure compliance to
PETRONAS standards and meeting project requirements.
·Lead the implementation of the new
technology in line with the well engineering and well completion
recommendations and provide feedback on the performance and lessons learnt acquired
from the implementation to validate the benefit of the technology for further
evaluation.
·Determine capability requirement
for department and develop staff
performance and leaders through acquisition of skills and
coaching.

Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (T-HUET)
- Memiliki sertifikat Tropical - basic
Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Trainging ( T-BOSIET).
- Memiliki seritifikat Basic Fire
Fighting - Emergency Breating System Training (T-EBS).
